The 45th Annual Western North Carolina Parade of Homes returns in October 2026, giving Hendersonville-area buyers a free, self-guided look at new and renovated mountain residences across the region. Hosted by the Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the tour includes homes in Asheville, Hendersonville, Brevard, Black Mountain, and surrounding WNC communities. Hours are 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day, with in-person tours and virtual options online.

B Three Construction is a featured builder in the 2026 parade, opening the Elk Mountain Home at 502 Elk Mountain Scenic Highway, Asheville, NC 28804. Bruce Fleming III will be on site giving personal tours. See photos, directions, and event details on the B Three WNC Parade of Homes page.

2026 Parade Dates and Hours

The event is free and open to the public. Browse the full tour, magazine, and virtual home listings at wncparadeofhomes.com before you drive. Many Hendersonville and Fletcher visitors group nearby stops to make the most of each day.

Why Hendersonville Homeowners Attend

Parade weekends are practical research for anyone planning a custom build or major remodel in Western North Carolina. You can walk finished homes, compare how builders handle views and sloped lots, and talk directly with the people who built them.

That beats guessing from listing photos alone. Before you tour, review our custom home checklist, how to choose a home builder guide, and cost to build a custom home overview so you know what questions to ask on site.

2026 WNC Parade of Homes featured home: Elk Mountain Home. Open October 17-18 and 24-25, 11 AM to 5 PM.

B Three Construction is proud to open the Elk Mountain Home during the 2026 parade. This original design by John Rogers, AIA, a longtime Asheville and national architect, combines wide open living, modern details, and mountain views on a family home site.

Vaulted ceilings with wide, high glazing bring the treetops inside. Horizontal bands wrap the main living areas and provide accent lighting. The back porch overlooks Herron Cove, offering a clear connection to the landscape. Special features on tour include:

As Bruce Fleming III noted in the parade announcement, the home shows how sunlight, natural materials, and open planning work together with outdoor living. Whether you are gathering design ideas or considering a custom build, the Elk Mountain Home offers a complete look at thoughtful mountain architecture.
